Ownership Options at Sanctuary Fields
At Sanctuary Fields, we offer two flexible investment models to suit your personal goals—whether you wish to co-own a flourishing agricultural and eco-tourism business or prefer to manage your land independently. Both models offer long-term value, community connection, and the ability to pass your land to heirs.
1. Company Ownership Model
• €14,000 per acre for shared ownership via the Sanctuary Fields Cooperative Company.
• Proportional company shares with full profit participation and voting rights.
• Revenue from product sales, festivals, rentals, and online shop.
• Shares are fully transferable or inheritable.
2. Private Land Ownership Model
Investors may title their parcel in their own name, with two options:
Option A: Participate in Shared Cultivation & Business
• Full participation in profits and benefits.
• Land is included in collective farming and business operations.
Option B: Use Land Independently
• Land may be used privately for gardens or retreats.
• Access to community events, but no participation in profits from communal business.

• Recognition as a founding member of a spiritually inspired rural community, with your name (if desired) included on our Sanctuary Fields dedication wall and featured in select publications.
Note: If Sanctuary Fields products are not sold during the year, investors will receive their proportional share of the unsold goods (e.g. olive oil, herbs, preserves). Alternatively, investors may choose in advance to retain their share of the harvest for personal use rather than placing it for sale.
