Why We Are Building Abruzzo Borgo
A Vision Rooted in Spirit, Nature, and Purpose
After more than a decade of unwavering dedication—and securing approvals from 32 different government agencies—our dream has finally come to life. Abruzzo Borgo is more than just a real estate development; it’s a living vision inspired by community, spirituality, and the natural beauty of the land.
Overlooking our village is the Church of the Mother Mary, built in the 11th century after shepherds witnessed a divine apparition. This sacred presence is woven into the very essence of Abruzzo Borgo, creating a space where history, spirituality, and modern living converge.
The Project Structure: A Village in Three Acts
1. The Apartments & Poolside Living
Our first area includes a collection of beautifully designed apartments, with 20 units already completed and a stunning infinity pool that offers breathtaking views. This is just the beginning, as we continue to expand and bring this vision to life.
⸻
Summer: A Celebration of Italian Life
In the summer months, Abruzzo Borgo comes alive with authentic Italian experiences:
• Dinners under the stars
• Stargazing picnics in the olive groves
• Lazy days by the pool
• Local food tastings, artisanal markets, and eco-tours
It’s a place to reconnect—with nature, with joy, and with yourself.
⸻
Low & Mid Seasons: A Place That Gives Back
When the pace slows, Abruzzo Borgo transforms into a sanctuary for healing and support. We offer specialized retreats for families and individuals facing unique challenges:
• eg families with autistic children are welcomed for a supported holiday, where trained facilitators provide care, and families build bonds that last a lifetime.
• Similar programs are available for individuals dealing with cancer, deafness, blindness, and more.
We believe in real estate that gives back to the world.
⸻
Be Part of the Vision
Whether you’re an investor, a traveler, or someone who believes in a more meaningful world, Abruzzo Borgo invites you to join us. If you have a unique skill set—whether as a healer, an artist, or a business owner whose mission aligns with ours—we’d love to hear from you and include you in this extraordinary journey. This isn’t just development; it’s a movement, a community, and a legacy in the making.
The Abruzzo Borgo enjoys a prime location in the heart of Abruzzo Italy. It offers the perfect balance between nature, culture, and accessibility. Nestled in rolling countryside with panoramic views, the Borgo is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and a private lake, creating a peaceful retreat while remaining well-connected to major destinations.
Just 20 minutes from Pescara Airport and two hours from Rome. Abruzzo Borgo provides easy access for both international travelers and local visitors. The Adriatic coastline with its stunning beaches is within a short drive, while the Majella National Park and the Apennine Mountains offer outdoor adventures, from hiking to skiing.
We are very blessed to be overlooked by the oratory of the Virgin Mary, who appeared here in the 11th century to shepherds on the hill. During her appearance, she asked them to build a church on this sacred ground. That church, still standing today, overlooks our land—a constant reminder of the grace, protection, and blessing that surrounds Abruzzo Borgo.
Nearby there are historic villages, medieval castles, and renowned wineries which add to the region’s charm, This makes the Abruzzo Borgo an ideal location for those seeking a tranquil yet vibrant Italian lifestyle.
